When to Seek Help:

  • Retreating or withdrawing from friends and activities
  • Experiencing significant tiredness, low energy or problems sleeping

  • Experiencing significant or unexplained changes in appetite
  • Feeling excessive anger/hostility or engaging in violence
  • Contemplating harm to yourself or others
  • Experiencing unexplained physical pain or ailments
